Q: Why should I choose Appealing Lawn Care?
A:  There are many reasons.  Here are our favorites.

Q: How do you price your services?
A:  We base our estimates off of the cost of the time and materials used to accomplish the job.  ALC Strives for extremely high quality at an affordable price.

Q: How does your billing work?
A: We bill out for services on the 1st of every month.  Payment is due on the 15th of the month.

Q: Where can I mail in payments to?

Q: What are the details on the referral program?
A:  Its easy: Get someone else to subscribe to Appealing Lawn Care(for 1 month or $150 worth), and you get some money off of your bill. ($10)  Credits appear on the bill after the referral has services rendered. This applies to referring NEW customers only.  Cannot be applied to former customers, and the referral credits have no cash value.

Q: What is this Quality Inspection Team about?
A: At ALC we are so dedicated to getting things right, that we have an Inspection Team that will audit our crew's work randomly during the week. The inspector will leave a small report card on your door with our findings.  Chances are that IF we missed anything we will know before you do and fix it ASAP.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A:  Cash, Check or Money orders made out to Appealing Lawn Care LLC

Q: Why don't you accept credit cards?
A: At this time we have not received enough demand from our customers or potential customers.  If you prefer this method of payment please let us know.

Q: Why don't I see any references to snow plowing on your website?
A: For the 2007-2008 winter season we have decided not to enter this section of the business. We plan on making this a service option for Winter 2008-2009 and we will update our website this fall with the options that we have.

Q: Do you offer any discounts to Chamber of Commerce members?
A: Yes, we currently have a great deal going on for you.  Check it out.

Q: I own/run/work for a large organization in the Mahoning Valley, do you offer discounts for me?
A: Currently no, but if you would like to change that please send us information about your organization.


Q: I heard that you book vacations now? Is this true? Why?
A: Yes! It is true! The owners of Appealing Lawn Care are always looking for ways to invest our money to get the best return for our customers as well as the company.
